From the DCE:
We're waiting for baby boy Gonzalez to arrive any day now! June 9th is my actual due date.
It is my plan to continue working until he shows up. Once he arrives, I will be on leave from work for six weeks. The church office staff will have and publicize my leave dates once they are finalized.
Fortunately, many areas of ministry that I oversee will be on break during my leave. Youth ministry activities will be overseen by Linette Guilette (780-2600). The VBS committee is headed by Kim Fredrick (857~3637). Questions about fall Sunday School can he routed to Keith Novak (567- 4332). If you run into a question on another area that you would normally call me for, please call the church office, and they will be happy to help you figure out who to call.
I will be happy to take personal calls from our church family on my cell phone (780-9852), although replying to messages may take a little longer. I will not be consistently checking my work email during leave.
Thank you to everyone for their help & support so far, and thank you for your understanding of this important time as we become a family of three!
