Life Walk 2008, organized by A Place of Refuge Ministries in Milwaukee, has challenged us to ‘walk—in the Spirit” with them. If you cannot drive out to Milwaukee for their special event, would you consider taking a sponsor sheet and asking people you know to make a contribution? This event is one of their main fund-raisers for the year, and Thrivent will do a partial match. Call our church office to obtain a sponsor sheet; collect donations by June 21st; and return the sheet and the money to Lisa Kerr. We will aggregate our donations and send them right to A Place of Refuge.
