September 14th 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Church.  Call the church office or Dawn Jaehnke at 781-6917 for an appointment.
Donors must be 16 years or older and weigh 110 pounds.
Sixteen year olds require parental signature.
Questions regarding donating can be answered confidentially by calling 877 BE A HERO.
