Pastor Reinke came a day early for his July Bible study. This allowed him and Dacia to rest at the hotel; to meet with Lisa Kerr regarding deaf ministry and ministry support in our So. Wisconsin branch; to visit Peggy Walter's brother who is recuper¬ating from surgery; and to participate at the deaf ministry booth with Lisa during the Interstate Fair!

Plans are being made for Pastor Reinke to spend a "long weekend" in La Crosse County the third weekend in October. Watch for more information .... there will be some special events.

Members of Deaf La Crosse are invited to attend the September Ministry Workshop which will be held on September 11th at Our Savior Deaf Lutheran Church, Madison WI. Arrival at 8:30am for Coffee and rolls; workshop begins at 9am. This is an especially important ministry workshop: "We are preparing for the next stage in the life of the church.
